At ALT Air Freshner, we want your home to smell exactly how you imagined; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team or visit our online portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the scent diffusers or oils are in their original packaging and securely boxed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return shipment.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
